Not really tho,he still get countered preety hard with vessel. Maybe make ghost shroud give a basic dispel and he is good.
if you put him mid then treads -> bm -> rad or deso -> aghs seems to work pretty well.
The reason for deso is your level 20 attack speed talent xd
He is pretty good in dual offlane if enemy carry is melee he can pretty much afk in fountain.
Even if you take the attack speed, deso is just a shitty item for it

The series of buffs lately made him viable again
