I think those guys are abusing the sistem in some way. Actually I'm pretty sure, he and all this guys with 90% winrate. I think nobody, not even the best pro players in the world, even if they play normal games and spam their best heroes cannot have those winrates if they play as usual players: press find game europe for example like me.
