Doesn't need because his passive + the int steal gives a big mana refresh, so in mid/late he can spam that shit without any mana impact.

We just released an updated hero and facet statistics page featuring more data and advanced filters. Oh, and it supports Turbo!
OD quickly got nerfed from insane popularity to being a forgotten hero. I feel like the orb mana cost specifically was way too big of a nerf, but what to do think? Maybe now it's better to max E then W before Q.
