The LP bracket generally matches your normal games bracket, so if you get to very high skill in normal games, LP won't affect your rank on DB.
First of all, it doesn't and second of all even if its very high skill, it still affects the divsion in a very bad way.
These are my recent LP games: http://www.dotabuff.com/players/53764543/matches?date=all&game_mode=single_draft&enjoyment=any&timezone=Europe%2FHelsinki
They haven't affected my division, while some out of the blue normal HighSkill game has ( http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2576779957 ) - dropped from Diamond 10 to 9.
So what I am saying is that once you get to very high skill in normal games, low priority will be marked as very high skill too, thus it won't affect divisions, because apparently divisions drop the moment you play games that aren't marked as VHS.
that's not how it works. the gap between the bottom of VHS and the lowest threshold for a game to be considered d10, is rather huge. however, if ur lpq games are much higher than 3.7k average, or just happen rarely, you might not notice it.
i once played a single game in normal skill(party ranked with a friend) and got kicked out for the next 20 games from top 100
I STOMPED THAT LOW SKILL GAME

So how about you do not count low prio games? I am kinda sick and tired dropping from division 10 to 8 or 7 because of low prio games...
