Just go to netcafe already... university wifi aint worth it and may cause lag because of vpn

most universities don't block the game. Just stop you from logging into steam. Log in from phone internet (any internet that isn't the college's), and you can play the game from college wifi.

So you generally want free wifi and dont have an opportunity to actually pay for a fast internet connection ? Where is this campus ? In Guantanamo ?

How about not going to Uni if you want to play games? Is it so hard to play games in the time you are not having lectures/exams?
I mean you can always go pro if dota is so important to you...
