I believe that Very High Skill vs. High Skill is dependent on the MMR average of each of those games.
Once you hit ~3.9k MMR, I believe DotaBuff calibrates that game as "Very High Skill" and doesn't really reflect on the individual's performance in the game.

3.7 k is no very high skill gaming !

This is some ancient valve's way to describe brackets that is not accurate at all now.

Why do you care about normal games anyway ? 3k ranked = 2k unranked game skill.
