He doesn't really bring any utility to the table. What would his role be post 10 minutes? There are lots of good heros for zoning out, doesn't mean they're supports. Besides, do you really wanna play a hero that has to be in the mix, without the items to achieve exactly that?

In seriousness, that support sniper was a joke that should never be brought up again, but hear me out on this one. I saw Sumail run a roaming Razor on one of those in house leagues before(i think it was FPL). He ran it on a meme, but it semi-worked. Now, with the reworked 3rd skill, it seems he could actually be a decent roaming 4. 100 damage and 4% slow at level one, balanced by a small cast AoE, but also gives him 4% MS bonus. Put an OoV, wind lace to boot? Pretty good. Just let me know your feelings on it.
