I'm fairly certain PL can remove urn with doppleganger, although he didn't skill it till later in the game.
I didn't watch the game but it looks like Weaver lost mid kinda hard and didn't think he could catch up damage wise so tried to go for some sort of utility first.
Also I think that weaver probably is the best urn carrier in the team.
Notice how he lost the lane
Vessel gives him some nice bulk, and he probably wanted to do something about scorched earth
Weaver also can farm, so he gets the vessel faster than the supports
Also he is the best urn carrier in the team, the stats are beneficial for him more than others,and it allows him to gank and start early aggresions

That something really common in libs, people focus on getting their core items no matter what, and if they lose the lane they would start afk jungking until they get the items, making them useless for that time period, by getting urn and starting being active, he makes contribution to the team despite being underfarmed, and catching the farm later

And I saw paparazzi buying Urn as first item, without boots (I know it's quite popular to do so). My assumption was that he did it to use it to track the real PL (as far as I know that works). But then continued to build the Urn into a Vessel and I guess he did it for HP and also countering the Doom and WD healing.
All this seems quite odd to me as they had two better Urn carriers in the team.
What're your thoughts on this?
