Then you proceed to make a mistake and you just set yourself up for a class of alien language man. According to one of my pinoy friends, they learn english at school. But they dont wanna use it when they have to.
I’m Filipino and I think I can confidently say that my english is fine. Thats cause I’m in college and am more fortunate to have went to good schools. This just applies to the toxic kids you play with in “computer shops” where they can pay like 15 pesos an hour and load in and ruin my games. I know I sound triggered right now like those social justice assholes who I despise, and trust me half my games are toxic as shit too and tuined by these assholes, but goddamn the dotabuff community makes us all sound like uneducated monkeys.

The “bisayas” aka bisakols are the real cancers and why is that?
1.) unlike those from the northern part of philippines, these retards seldom speak english and tagalog
2.) Uneducated children who cut class for dotes are mostly bisakols.

Mainly Tagalog, as that is officially the "Filipino" language. However, we have dozens of other languages/dialects. The most prominent you'd hear after Tagalog is Cebuano.
By the way, most if not all Pinoys are capable of speaking English. It's required to be taught in school, as it is also officially one of our national languages. It's just a matter of people choosing to study it better to refine their English, or to even use it
