sleep at the same time everyday and wake up at the same time. time it so u wake up during rem cycle.
Dude learn that life has ups and down,u cant just freeze ur mind state.just take it easy,btw the things that happen during sleeping is beerry complex and u cant control it.

Keep track of your patterns throughout the day when you have good sleep.
Like, what did you eat, how much coffee did you have, times you ate and what you ate. How much screen time did you have
Basically keep track when you feel good and when you feel shit, you'll notice a pattern
i never drink coffee,dang i didn't remember at all of what i ate or something likethat when i get a good wakeup
my memory is pretty broken too..i don't think i remember waht i ate this morning lol

heres a tips to make people happy :
1. dont give a fuck about what others people say
2. do whatever you want to, dont feel embarrassed to people around you
3. a lot of people want to be same like others and they will feel down if they are not same as most people, be different my man !
4. dont think about bad thing, only think about something that will make you happy (sad,angry,etc is okay)
