I have a friend who is lv 78 but his name could not be found in the "Highest" Level. Why is that so?

Your level is your amount of experience, so how many games you played.
The replay filter regards skill level, so against what level of players you win/lose. (not equal to your win-%)

Here. Currently 79.
What I mean is that in the "Players" tab there is a section for "Highest Level". He is 79 yet I don't see him there.

EDIT: I see him there now.

Maybe I wasn't clear:

Your battle level is how much you have played.
Your skill level is how good you have played.

Oh lol, I didnt see that they had a 'highest level' tab on this site, sorry.
