This seems to be happening everywhere. If you timeout, and still come back to win, you get a loss.
Same with meyou in the matchback of 49800219. Is there anyway to fix this? I like my 100% win record! Now its 80% :(
If you watch the replay you'll see that you were disconnected for more than 5 minutes, and thus Valve gives you a loss and an abandon instead of a win. We just do the same.
Keep in mind that while it is in BETA stages DotA 2 may archive some of your win/loss games wrong as they are ironing out the kinks. Not to worry, I am sure a champ like you will go on to win many, many games.

Solo queued. My net disconnects and no one paused and got abandoned. I came back and finished the game and we won the game.
