No, it's not included. It's possible to hit Very High on a smurf account starting from new with 9-10 games played.
when i play alone, without my noob bunch of friends, i usually line up against gd players, when i play with them i line up agaainst noobs, who r same skill lvl of my friends..
u might think im out of topic, but they got like 600+ games each whereas i got 260 only..

Does the number of games played factor in MMR?
I have about 250 games played, since i started kept my winning percentage around 55%.
I needed about 150 -200 games to get from normal to high (consistently) with this percentage.
I got 1 game in very high until now....feels like a waste of my time to play so many games to reach a decent level, games now have started to be bearable...still lots of bad players missing basic concepts of the game...
Hope i don't need 500 games to reach very high on this pace as that would mean 6 months for me...
