Sorry if there is a forum search, I didn't see it.

Whenever I click on Watch Replay, nothing happens;

do I need to have DotA 2 open or something?

It didn't work on IE, Chrome or Firefox.

I'm assuming I need to download something?

Same here, never worked for me(any dota2 links for that matter). Assumed it had something to do with me running Windows 8.

you have to have DOTA2 client running, then it supports dota2:// protocol
