Get a Distruptor, max 2nd skill, send the carry back from where he's from, eat the Wisp.
basically u can either force teamfights/stay as much as possible close to each other, antiward (they need vision) and warding!
If Tiny has Dagger you just can't counter that, that's the same reason why Dagger is better than ShadowBlade, plz Riot Fix Dagger ^^...
But in the wisp's ulti cast time, you can see where they are coming, so get ready to send it back
Set one guy in lane to lure, and have some of your team hiding in the jungle as backup. When Wisp and friend comes in, spring the trap.
If they try hard with that combo, you can counter with Bkb, Omni's repel, Shadow Demon Distruption, Force Staff to run away, trap them, 5 man strats and many others
I play this combo alot with a mate recently. Easiest way to cripple them is to pick heavy nukes or orbwalkers. 2 ranged are a good idea. Both heroes start with 0 armor, so they are very vulnerable to physical harassing. Wisp has low starting hp, so you can harass him down and nuke him do death. We lost a lane to a good Sandking and CM. The CM harassed my mate all the time. 3 Nukes later on lvl 3 he was dead. I could not safe him. They got the upper hand and could towerdive us when reached lvl 4, cause they were allready lvl 6.
Shutting the combo down early on is the best way, if they lane together. So they can not maintain midgame dominance.
If this does not work, you can also counter them during the midgame. Pick decent stunners, and bait them for example. 1 Hero farms on the lane, while 2-3 others wait in the jungle right next to him. Its just a matter of time the combo will appear, kill them bot.
You can also play 5 man dota, so the combo will be nearly useless. They cannot pick of 5 guys, and the contribution to wisp in teamfights isnt the best. This only works if you can play 5 man dota, aka you need decent picks.
You need good vision of the map, and counter their vision. If they can see solofarming heros in the jungle, they will kill them. Make sure, there are no wards that grant vision on creepcamps.
You can only beat this combo with teamwork, because the combo itself is teamwork. Alone there is not much you can do against it. The idea with disruptor may work, if you cast your ult on the place where they will arrive. Then you can decide to trap them, or fight them. Heros that can solo stand the combo are slardar, qop, antimage, centaur. Every hero with a decent escape, or that is tanky and has a stun. A slardar can just stun them and sprint away. A cent can stun them, and ulti for escape. Qop and Am just Blink. Invi heros are situational, if the combo has dust, you die.
Weaver or Clinkz may survive, thx to their movmentspeedbonus, if they react fast enough after seeing the ulti signal.
