m8 no, it can't. For such a skill rating you need to know the skill rating of your enemies. As you don't do so, DBR is impossible to calculate. The only thing possible now is the winrate and that's sort of useless.

basically, unless everyone in a match has turned their stats on to third-party it is impossible to calculate.
