On-topic btw i don't think W/R ration determine people skills that much because like some of my really skilled friends for example play most of their game in lobby with people he know cos he can't stand the horror of pub trash-talking that can even bring your parents into an argument that started on "i think you should ward". cheers!
one my friend has a 65% win rate at 100 games. drop to 57% at 170. i expect even less now as he move on. btw he even has higher DBR rating than i do. BUT i am still the BIG BOSS.
But for your information. You should not set a limit at 55% for others.. cause you only play 2 heroes (carries) and played 150 games with 56%. When i had played 150 games.. i had like 62% even though i random my heroes. lol

If you have 55% win rate after 700 games using all heroes THEN you can ask this^
so the platinum, gold, silver features only opened to people that have 700+ game count ?

Those rating systems have been shut off since the privacy thing. Can't get an accurate reading with so many accounts not letting you see their data.
