he cant even hold it in his inventory, but he can hold muted blink daggers so if you see him having a blink dagger in the end screen he stole his teammates dagger (when you manage to get you enemies blink you probably win)

as long as they are in your inventory when the game ends they do which is relevant mostly for items like divine rapier and gem
