start with getting friends from people you get to play with from the MM system. Play a lot together and take it the nexzt level (as they are probably the closest to your level)
I'll play with you if we're ever on together, I'm getting sick of random teammates as well.. And I feel like I'm pretty good, also have about 200 games.
I have about 1000 games. Add me & I can tell you all the little tricks & tips I know. I wouldn't say I'm a "good player", but most good players have been around since Dota 1. I think I'm above average.

Hey guys,
Like I said I've got about 200 games with 50% winrate, though that's improving all the time. Obviously I have a lot to learn but I understand all the basics of the game (lane control, warding, etc.) and am looking to take my game to the next level. I'm looking for a team of players, either new or established, around my skill level or even higher who want to play Team MM and maybe consider a tournament sometime down the road. Not looking for daily practices or any of that kind of stuff. Just want to find a group of cool people who don't mind learning together and teaching a bit. Not a rager. I play weeknights (EST) and weekdays any time really.
