turns out i was wrong about never playing with them again
but it does silence them in every way possible and you can only do it in the endgame screen, so it's highly likely it actually sticks unlike muting

well, when i had to play with some fucktard that has 0-5 after 10 min on mid i used to mute him. Just to know that he's a fucking retard. If i play with him again - he is already muted and i wont let him go mid (for example). But know valve removed this feature and if i mute someone in one game - he will be unmuted in another.
