Do the brackets reflect anything anymore? I thought they couldn't calculate those anymore, which is why DBR was disabled.

Diamond level wisp took a massive drop in winrate over the last month from 60% to 56% and this week its down again to 53% as many more players began trying out the hero and losing.
Wisp goes 5-0 in the Grand Final of the International but has a very high skill cap. Will these new wisp players become experts in time and how long does it take for an excellent player to become an excellent wisp player?
