It sucks cause it ruins such a good joke... I was always telling obviously muted players that I will report them for lack of communication and chat wheel abuse. Damn it.

General DiscussionReporting players who are already muted wastes your report
This was mentioned in the original blog post about muting. So when you say something like, "Keep spamming chat wheel and I'll report you!" I'm going to just do it so you waste a report and think you're doing something - and then I laugh about it.
Just thought I'd let people know since it doesn't seem to be common knowledge yet.
