Don't have to be super tryhard, but have to at least want to win and pick to win. Looking for very versatile players comfortable with any role and most heroes, not people who just play like 2 afk farm carries, or people who decide to fuck up strong lanes with their bullshit pick.
Positive attitude and sense of humor is a must. If we lose, we lose. No big deal! We won't yell at each other, critique each other, or boss each other around. Instead, we'll just help each other out. We'll make sure we coordinate so we pick with synergy and to our strengths, make sure the support buys the solo offlane wards to block pull, the aggro trilane gets the carry farming and then the supports start roaming all over the map, flying courier at 3 minutes every time, ask for help if we're losing a lane and gank appropriately, lane swap if we need to, lots of smoke ganks too, actually tp when our towers are being pushed or to save a teammate, etc.
