Suiciding to neutrals does not end your streak, the enemy do still get streak gold when they kill you next time.

I usually go Phase, Drums, Desolator, Orchid/Basher/Cuirass depends on the situation. You might want to get Diffusal instead of Deso if they have Warlock and if you want to get rid of dust but that will reduce your initial dmg imo.

bounty hunter is not a end game hero. His role is to help his team snowball with track gold so to fill the role best I will build utility items for my team and always hunting for those track kills. Items like drums and vlads are usually my core then I will go into a orchid or s/y depending on the situation. The main problem with always going deso(I usually eventually get it after other items) is yes the dmg is great BUT you lack alot of utility. One other main thing is never pick bounty hunter if your team needs to play passively OR your playstyle is passive. It may sound dumb but bounty hunter works best when you go insanely (suicidal some of my friends think) aggressive

Srsly no one mentioned bkb?

bkb is always a situational item on every hero

Suicide to enemy tower... at least then the gold is split across the whole enemy team.... not sure if it is worth it though.

If it's the very end of the late game then of course you build mass DPS/survivability items like MKB AC Satanic Butterfly but mostly his core is Drums into Vlads/BKB then the one you didn't get. Then you can get Deso/Diffusal or even Necro. A casual Yasha is pretty good on him as well.

I just tried getting utility items for my team but I guess thats just for organized teams because I was unable to get solo kills and our carry wasnt able to carry us, I guess in pubs I will keep going for damage and solo kills.

all of my recent games are from pubs (first or second page). Going pure dmg items is the wrong way to build bounty hunter and track is not made for solo kills(more people = more gold given from track). You can watch some of my previous games as Bounty and see that I just roam with the team and ping/lead everyone into the money. Sure you will not be able to crit, shuri 2 shot supports with this build but I still have no trouble getting solo kills if played right

Ill edit not to seem too simple: after so many games with bh ull be able to see the same thing i do. The pick doesnt fit. Tracking slark is useless and mid and late game. Tracking lancer is useless lategame because uh.. u cant kill him. You just dont have the dps to burst kill and go back to invis before your mana is gone. Dk is too fat, too fat, too fat. Clikz is too fast. Did lina frustrate you a bit with ethereal?
On the other hand your team: no tank, mostly dps and one pusher. I bet they didnt have to do much. It was written in stars.
