because months after ranked came out people are queueing for it with no intention of trying. They dont understand why they lost alot of mmr and think they are just 'unlucky'. Therefore, everyone is now half-assing ranked.
Just stick with AP if you don't have a party. In AP at least you have a chance to get everyone pick their best heroes.
In CM some random guy thinks "Bane and Mirana so OP!" but has no idea if anyone in his team actually played that combo before. Or if anyone in his team can actually play bane or mirana.
I solo queue 90% of the time and stuff like this is pretty normal. It really sucks though, as what the guy above me said. Ranked is pretty much just the standard "ap" but worse with the added toxicity, frustration and bitterness. Normal ap is pretty fun though, it's so chill and people aren't as tense compared to rank.

Bane elects to be drafter, then goes on to drafts himself a hero he can't play.
It's been just over a month since I last solo queued, games were excellent back then. I was 15-2 before yesterday, now I've lost 5 solo games in a row. How did things get so bad in between then and now?
