people who play support on pubs think they have a green light for feeding. and if you play support they just cant farm as a carry
so you'll lose either way

It seems you only get 2 types of Cm player, very good or terrible. Had a really good cm in one of my meepo games and at the end she was 15 - 1, blink > earthbind > poof > cm ult is pretty epic :)
I tend to get the cms that like to max frost bite against teamfight heros... and lots of summons <,< but otherwise not really an issue generally play as most supports seem to..
to most people, CM = food
your job: Rape the people using CM = food bait strat
Positioning is key for cm, she dies to everything, so she shouldnt appear on the map
If your cm is frequently alone or exposed, fck her.. i mean teach her
I just love when i get CM players that make treads shadow blade aghs and bkb. And they only manage to build sb in 45 mins without any wards.
It's not just CM it's support in general at that level. They don't know how to zone out or position well. CM is squishy so it exacerbates the problem.

Just FYI, I'm in dumpster tier 3.2k. One thing I noticed is that I've been losing games when there is a CM in my team. I'd say the winrate with an ally CM is about 40-45%. Maybe 50% if they get early firstblood or goes jungle for midas. And the winrate drops to like 40% or lower if CM is first blooded. Though my CM is just under 70% winrate. JW if any you guys feel the same or it just me.
