Yes i agree they should nerf bottlecrow even more, its incredible how mid players can recover by just bottlecrowing, this whole farming mid with bottlecrowing all game its not fun.
The competition for runes and winning the lane almost doesnt matter in competitive games nowadays, if some shit happens they just stack some camps and bottlecrow.
In my opinion bottlecrowing doesnt punish the team enough
If you hate crowing so much, put a ward on mid and kill the courier with Furion or Clinkz. You have a full three minutes of walking donkey.
IMO the nerf on bottle crow is enough. If mid is bottle crowing the team isn't getting items delivered. At most I could see it nered and getting only 2/3 charge without hero present.
I had a couple games today where the mid completely abandoned mid and bottle-crowed in the jungle. Needless to say, the whole team wasn't happy with how the mid player made the courier his own personal pet.
Well you can tell someone is completely found of it in the first place since they nerfed it awhile back, but I don't think that is enough since its done just as much as before.
Even Dendi commented that bottle crowing makes it where you can't win or lose mid.
It would be fine if they just made it harder to fill but not ruin the courier speed. It makes runes completely worthless. Supports or offlanes are suppose to get the runes these days. Its one of those things that I think is okay when a Pro does it cause he is manipulating the game in his favor. But seeing pubbys do it and it start getting out of hand is just all around bad. It makes mid less about contesting farm and making mid picks and more about spamming nukes to get creeps. Even if bottle crowing was removed you could still have weird heroes mid if you dual laned.
How can you say runes are worthless? Runes are still important for a dominant mid because they give easy opportunities for kills and escapes.
It makes runes worthless for the mid. Its more the offlaner and supports job to maintain them. Without bottle crowing I would think mid players would have to rely on them more.

The fact that you can have more heroes mid is a GOOD thing. I can't see how having more variation in heroes which can be played as "dull and boring"
Because I see a lot of naga, morph, or Magnus mid where instead of last like they used to They just spam waveform, Shockwave, and riptide. I'd rather see the rise of dual mid where the support gets the rune rather than bottle crowing.
The only reason pro mid don't go for runes is because they're afraid to be ganked by support/offlaner/jungler here. The runes advantage is still worth it. Bottle crow or not od, viper... are still dominant against others mid.
Thread is nonsense. If they're bottle crowing, just punish them for it. Go in and snipe the courier and maintain rune control. See how much the bottle does for them then.
No one is talking about how this affect pub games, in pub games the team who is bottlecrowing will probably lose the courrier in some point or his team will just get tired of the guy using the courrier the entire game, i am speaking about the fact that in 99 % of pro games the mid player just bottlecrow all day all night the entire game to farm, they dont even need to win the lane or to rune control as hard as before.
Naga does this, Sf, Morph, and any other mid hero.
Morph in a nutshell, go mid once every 30 second waveform, bottlecrow, farm the jungle, bottlecrow, waveform in mid again, bottlecrow, etc etc.
Just make the courrier go even slower or something like that
Well thats true too though cause in Pro scene games teams are less willing to snipe a courier early in the game during peak bottle crow moments. Out of all the games I have watched (which is a lot) Ive maybe seen an early game courier strike 10-15 times.
But even in pro games if they have a hero like bounty or NP, they will leave the courier at the T2 and make the support bring it to them. so it still goes on.

How do you guys feel about removing this feature or nerfing even more. The movement speed of the courier is not a good enough nerf.
