Imho, if you're looking for anything team related you would have much better efforts on JDA or IXDL forums. When people normally post for teams on dotabuff they get flamed or harassed.
However of all the team search threads I have seen, this is the FAR most qualified one. I hope the community gives you better results due to the fact you're not the average shit-tier baddy that comes looking for a "Team"

If you were on a team looking for players I would have enjoyed a game or two, sadly I don't have a team and have recently been uninterested in having a go at league gaming.
Question: How can you know soneone is ready for amateur leagues? i actually want to make/join a team but atm i only want to try for the experience
I generally find myself just mass playing co-op bot games for hats since none of my team is as committed to the game as i am.

the hardest parts to know if youre ready to join a league is to have complete communication with each of your teammates, as captain you literally need to know every single persons schedule and have each players phone number, especially in the summer time when people just leave for vacation without notice. If you have good team composition and enjoy playing with each other just keep practicing and over time you will improve. You wont know if youre ready for a tournament until you try, their are plenty of weekly amateur tournaments paying small prizepools happening you just need to know where to look.

Reaper was our drafter for the longest time then stood down as drafter, this was before the CM nerf she was the most picked support for me.

When was the last event you guys played at?
We did a few of the weekly netolic tournaments but never qualified, the team roster has changed a lot since then however.
Its been over a year since this team has had a full active roster sadly enough.
I stood in for a team on joindota league season two with no success since in one of the first games the carry player rage quit sells his items and intentionally feeds the opposing team when it was being casted/streamed. Was honestly one of the most embarassing moments as a dota2 player.
Oh geeze.... That's rough.=/ I can imagine how that feels. You would think that if you're committed to Amateur leagues you would have a tad more mature attitude than that. =/ Some people forget it's just a game I suppose. Might have a different buffer when you're consistently playing for prizepools however.
NAdota forums should give you some love if you haven't posted there already.
