1. It's possible that finding games for you main is taking longer because of the players of "equal skill" it's trying to pair you with. Smurf accounts are a dime a dozen so your queue times could potentially be shorter because of this. My account sometimes takes a long time to queue due to the high amount of games played or MMR bracket I am in.
2. I have played on other peoples smurf accounts and the games are a lot more daring as most people are either KDA whoring or using it for practice. Nobody wants to mess up a second chance, so when you play on you main the people you play with may be significantly more lethargic at what they do then the people on your smurf account which would make for more exciting and aggressive games.
3. I shouldn't think this is a problem. Even if you're placing equal bets for two different teams one of your accounts will lose so there isn't anything wrong with this unless you're doing something particularly shady.
