Here's the thing, the more games you play the harder it is to increase/decrease in win rate. You won't go much higher than that but this isn't really something that you should be so concerned about as yes, 5 stacking should help to improve this if you get it right.
My advice...
1. Stop randoming altogether, pick the right hero for the right situation.
2. Play off your strongest hero and follow off you recent success (if you have db+ this is easy to find out)
3. If all else fails necrobooks and split push, if I feel a game is getting out of hand I will start getting it early.
@Havoc : If you look at the last 6 or 1 months you can see a more accurate representation of your win rate.
