I assume you play all you matches solo, so here it goes.
If your matches are sometimes rated high and sometimes very high, means that you're somewhere in between. I would say your current MMR is currently somewhere between 3.8k and 4.1k. (just a guess)
Those matches that are not rated, means dotabuff can't figure it out based on data they receive.
To check rating for those matches, immediately after the match ends, check its rating in game client. To do it, check the ID of your last game. Next, go to the Live tab and under Recent games, use rating filter and set it to, let's say, High. Keep browsing until you reach your own game (check the IDs). If it's not there, set filter to Very High etc. Eventually you will find it.
Yes. I go solo yolo all the time. Its funny when my tinker rated very high skill, when i reLly really suck with him. I probably wont touch him anymore lol. And thanks. Thats helpful. Oh a other question. Is 4k++ mmr always rated as very high skill, sub 4k high skill,and 3k and lower is normal??
Normal: 0 - 3.2k
High: 3.2k - 3.8k
Very High: 3.8k - infinity
But have in mind, match rating is based an all 10 players involved. So these numbers can fluctuate a bit.

Im not say im im high skill player.,The question is, why some of my match rated as "very high skill" some of it rated "high skill" and the others not rated? Im not new to dota. Just new to this dotabuff thing. Thanks if you answer nicely and please be helpful
