well yeah if i wanted a number, i think i could get at least 500 mmr by playing only es.
but you also want to get better at the game overall, not just 1 hero, unless of course you are planning to play exclusively that hero.
you can play es only and get 5k, but when you meet a player who picks your es you will just feed with some support or be a useless carry.

I think it works with nearly any strong hero, if u play him a lot. The easiest way to climb is to pick same hero over & over again.

i actually learned earth spirit when i was like 3.2k mmr, in 3k you literally can win a game solo with es.

Yep, like slim said, if u win the offlane, at the same time u are making space for ur carry

Omg this hero is actually so fun lol. Does anyone think he needs a nerf still or that he's actually balance now.. just wondering since he gets nerfed a couple of times except last patch where I say he got a slight buff.

It's great you're climbing, but you didn't climb in a couple days playing just earth spirit. You played 200+ games of earth spirit then you climbed, the hero is really strong and quite annoying to deal with but to actually have it work for anyone will take time and practice in much the same way meepo is practically free wins as well.

As the guy above me said you also need to ensure that your game play overall is up to snuff as you may be playing earth spirit at a much higher level that others which, should you ever decide to change hero, will be hard to adjust.
