Your scores don't seem that poor tbh, this seems pretty typical for defensive supports.

Try playing more agressive supports if you want to have more of a direct impact.

Additionally; try playing carries once in a while, that way you will really know what your carry will want out of you as a support.
Ie. when should you pull and when not, when to harass the offlaner and when to move out of the lane to gank and when it's okay to sit in lane.
