1. Terrorblade was released the same day as phoenix, and was added to captains mode in kindling soul in Sept/Oct so has literally just made it into captains mode in the grand scheme of things.

Necro with sceptre disables buyback and still adds the 30 seconds extra to a persons respawn time, he is simply repeating this for clarity in case some are unsure about what the sceptre adds or removes.
In this sentence he is referring to the nerfs before 6.82c where both illusions duration and str gain were decreased for TB
The guy put a lot of time into that post and Kawaii is a good guy who takes the time to research his stuff. I think it's unkind to target him for not having the most accurate writing in a second language.
i don't get it, why is this random clown dissing a largely accurate report?

2. badly phased but still true
3. true. lesser time on illusions = illusion do less including tank and with the shorter time, its easier to reveal the real one
@Havoc "in many situations" - why not in all situations?
I mean Dotabuff is a pretty large website; I don't see why saying that it was his second language would be a good excuse. If it were a pro player offering his insights it'd be a completely different story but I mean this was a blog post by a staff writer. It just gives off the impression that the writing was hastily done and not revised. I pointed this out because usually the blog posts are pretty good reads but I thought this one was just very subpar in comparison.
In many situations because if it said in all situations it is assuming everyone goes sceptre on necro which not all do. In many situations where Sceptre is purchased.....etc etc may have been better but still, not that big :( please don't be so mean to fancy socks.

and no i disagree. only a handful minority can play broodmother that well, which i can count with my fingers (excluding my feet)
so , he does not stomp. not at all
in 99% of all brood games, he either gets :
destroyed by earthshaker / legion commander
or
gets destroyed by constant sentries / gem
also , brood is 42.77% winrate for a reason
^also earth spirit is such a shit hero, with 40% winrate, probably needs a buff, and brood too!

It goes on and on but yes he is a pubstomping hero and I have seen people dropping lanes and heroes minutes into a game.
I tried, but apparently he has been removed and I didn't even know.
EDIT: I think that's normal though cause when they completely rework or add a hero he doesn't get added immediately (PL is also removed)
I dont think Phoenix is such a good hero, at least in games past 30 min. Even with aghas if any enemy agi carry has attackspeed he will kill 2 ppl instead of 1.
last pick brood is fucking cancer at high 5k/low 6k and if you hover on it and tell your team you'll last pick it they'll let you have it 9/10 times.

edit: ok fair enough i found out it was released one day after the other, i just remembered that they both had separate release pages
