edit:only 4 seconds downtime on root now.

also the ultimate's duration, blast radius is increased and blast placement radius is increased.This means that multiple blasts hitting the same hero will be difficult but the slow will most likely hit everyone and last longer.

im playing against a cm and omfg that bitch is op now

i think i just lost to a cm late game... after she almost by herself turned around the game, we had a super creeps side... held for 20 min then megacreeps and now no bb us and i think its gg

we survived with a tier 4 at like 100 hp... now am suicided... i think he has bb he should... fukcing game all cause of cm
