Actually I mute my enemies aswell and disconnect and reconnect to make it seem like I DCed, then I unmute them after a few minutes HAHA Xd

That's actually a great advice. Or just drink vodka, iike you obviously do according to your old nicknames, although i dont recommend drinking alchohol if you're not emotionally stable person.
There is a number of flaws when you mute other players, but i dont see any other option. Your well being should be prioritised over proper communication.

i had a similar problem last game because i denied my allies 2 times on the last tick of doom
i got flamed because they thought i was doing it intentionally lmao
you flame the fuck out of them, so hard that they get lost and cant find the words to reply to you.
just bind some insane wall of text flame (3-5 separate flame texts, so it looks like you're typing), and spam them.
at first they will try to reply, then understand that you are their master and they are your bitches and there's nothing they can do about it.
You should only feel bad about making mistakes if you've been flaming everyone else all game. Otherwise who cares, everyone fucks up.
Not sucking doesnt prevent you from getting flamed. Bad players still flame, no matter what. They just flame less often when winning, thats all.
Try to sound like a girl and wait for the whiteknights
Or just mute everyone at the start of the game :)
Pot, just don't use too much as it may have bad effects on your reaction time or find yourself way too inside your bubble ;)
