@Messiah
are you kidding me? that game is shit. I mean sure the graphics are good and you don't get lag, but the storyline is horrible and it takes 9 months to respawn. The community in that game is horrid and there's no respawns. If you don't eat or drink constantly you die and the trading system is shit. Guns are OP and you can only play in first person, you can't even mute people!
Bastion. Listen to a sexy voice (and amazing soundtrack) while killing stuff.
Transistor. Stop time and kill stuff while listening to even better music than in Bastion
Prototype. Literally just kill stuff over and over. Play game muted while listening to your own music
you want new shit, old shit, triple-a shit or indie shit?
new: dragon age inquisition
old: master of orion
triple-a: black flag
indie: ftl
yea console games are great but i'm too fucking lazy to set it up (takes 3 minutes)
what they really need to do is make a decent Sonic game or port a decent one to PS3 so I can S-Rank all the levels and feel good about it, that's the only racing/3D platformer that makes me feel great now :(
do u think they'll make a 3ds emulator soon?
i can most certainly afford one but the # of games i want are limited and probably don't justify buying one (same reason I won't buy a XBOX 360 just to play Halo 3, which is ironically enough one of the last decent games before 343 tanked the series into a shithole)
If you have ps play last of us.
But then again if you do have it youve prolly played it already.
http://3dsemulator.org/ also emulators are amazing if you have a PC controller of some kind.
I had a DSlite for years which was "jailbroken?" so I could play the games + other nintendo games from an SD card. Many years and hours of so many games was worth it 100%
Yeah this was it :) http://www.m3adapter.net/m3ds-real.htm so many hours sunk in Zelda and Pokemon games...also Star Ocean which was amazing.
get stalker cop + misery mod and ye won't regret it. Game is hard, even harder with dark mode/black road start.
For hardcore fps survivalist players.
Lost alpha; re-make of first game (call of pripyat is like stalker 2, shadow of chernobyl/lost apha is stalker 1, clear sky is prequel aka stalker 0) is FREE on moddb; most popular mod :D
http://www.moddb.com/mods/lost-alpha
all in one mod that includes the heavilly modified 1st game itself; now it's a separate game...
Too bad vanilla never had weapons repairing; let alone modifications. It was fun, but too much rambo-action; like killing entire bases alone to get past duty checkpoint. Clear sky had stupid faction system, but was pretty much the same as SOC with the addition of upgrade system. Call of pripyat maps are good as they resemble fallout - less loading times, more stuff to do. Sadly, it was too easy for SOC players.
Lost alpha has best features of SOC but also got weapons ugrade system and more. Sadly the maps in lost alpha are half-empty and there are no big mods like for other 3games so far.
So basically make game interesting and hard with misery and call of pripyat is good.
Or play straight from lost alpha.
Shadow of chernobyl has cool system that lets NPC travel from maps to maps, but very few players spend months in-game to see whole zone mixing XD
atleast it has some nice replayability factor. Sucks that most gear was ''locked'' to certain levels. Call of pripyat rewards exploration, and not rushing main quests.
People said stories how after like 6months monoliths survive most maps and travel to cordon rookie camps and such.. good times :)
well final fantasy 7 if ur one of those sub humans who didnt play it yet :))
it took me an internet cut to try and play this game, which ended up being the best game in the world.
I second Deadspace series. All great games, all vastly different.
One is scary as shit. It's really stripped down to base horror elements. And yeah, it's mainly scary music and creepy lighting with zombies jumping out of nowhere and after a while you start thinking to yourself, I know there's a zombie right behind that wall that's going to jump out and scare me. But even knowing it is coming, it's still horrifying.
The second one loses that feel, it might be cus Issac starts talking and more dialogue, or maybe more open environments. Whatever it is, it's not as scary but it's still an awesome story and the combat is improved.
Then the third one, OH MAN. I hated it at first. Thought it totally sucked. They introduced a huge weapon crafting system which I didn't understand and has micro transactions. However once you figure it out it's actually pretty sweet. You can make some amazing weapons and they have far more variety than the other games and you don't need to buy stuff to get them, just be patient and collect stuff throughout the game. The combat is the best of all three. The save system is atrocious and that too was a gigantic turn off at first. But then I realized quite simply all the side missions have zero save points so you must do the whole thing at once. The regular game saves at good enough intervals. Once I got that down it wasn't too terrible and the rest of the game more than makes up for the inconvenience.
Also Witcher 3 isn't out until may...
LOL was waiting for lol post XD
imo dead space 2 is the best, it's also pretty scary. Muh spear gun :O
dead space 3 was fun but too easy.
Like stalker soc vs stalker cop.
Much cool new stuff over past installements but too easy...
After dead space players get accustomed to scares and it's hard to scare them again with same jump-scares :(
but for someone who plays any dead space game as his first DS experience, IT WILL BE SCARY TO THEM :D
