He's really freaking strong with this 4,25 sec stun with a 10 second cooldown.

I'VE COME UP WITH A PERFECT NERF FOR MORPHLING WHICH WILL NOT COMPLETELY MESS HIM UP.

ADEPTIVE STRIKE COOLDOWN 10->9,5
COOLDOWN DOESN'T REFRESH WHILE THE TARGET IS STUNNED.

So basically, you hit a guy with a 4 second stun, wait longer to stun again. This way agility Morphling will stay fine.

I DON'T WANT THIS NERF, JUST SAYING ITS BEST IMO.
