i pick silencer whenever i meet phx offlane and rape his fucking ass 100% of the time!!!!!!!!!!!

I was picking Silencer that game but they picked Slark + Ursa + KK... no need for Silencer. But I guess no need for WD as well.

btw in case you dont understand how to lane against phx.

you rape him from level 1, just trade hits and max the silence skill!, fucking phx should be level 1 up to like min 10 as long as your carry doesnt push the creeps. Even if he does, you spam your shit on phx and get him out of the exp range even around his tower (with all the previous harras).

phoenix is utter trash in laning stage maybe someone else is your problem

Literally any support with at least some damage can completely zone him out. Actually the only hero I think will have problems is Rubick or Wisp.

Huh? You can't trade hits, if Phoenix takes Fire Spirits at lvl 1.

memelover, phoenix is a weak 1-2 levels, but spectre isnt a very hard punisher so phoenix should be able to get 3-5 without much difficulty and that is when he starts becoming a nuisance.

OP, to lane against him, just right click aggro for last hits whenever hes preparing to fire spirits at you. its a simple concept but requires good timing though.

blackxargon, when he shoots the fire spirits most of the time hes going to shoot it at the dying creep that he expects you to last hit.
to mitigate this, you right click phoenix, the creep will aggro towards you and move to a new position and you can last hit at that new position, causing fire spirits to miss.

I use fire to harass in lane, and go out with 8 tangoes. I don't need dive level 1 because I put wards up at -0:30 where they won't be de-warded. Actually Navi used the spot I use against Vega and they missed with sentries too.

Anyway, the point is level 1 fire spirits are easy to hit on a support trying to zone you and do 160 dmg, and more importantly -80 attack speed. So you can't trade hits because you won't be doing any attacks.

Silencer's Lastword is somewhat useful because it will prevent you from casting one of your spirits optimally, but you can still cast the other 3. The silence only lasts 3 seconds at level 1 and fire spirits are retained for 16 seconds. I think Silencer would still struggle to zone a phoenix with equally skilled players. Most likely Silencer would die if he didn't back off.

What happened here? Why didn't you lane against the Pheonix that crushed your team? It seems you had done so well in previous patches that way. But this is the only one in the current patch. Is that because you now get a slow after lastword instead of attack silence - so now you can't zone phoenix with silencer anymore?

Yeah, I hate that turn rate. If you're PA, with slow turn rate, it doesn't pay off to turn around and dagger and then run... :D

Pa should have her turn rate buffed a bit...

he picked silencer after me and after pl pick (pretty sure it was something like that)

so i coudn't go rape him as we didnt have a mid

and im also pretty sure i was the highest mmr that game...

I'd do fire spirits level 1 if I know I am safe (I'm a support in a tri lane vs solo offlane). If they're faster than me, then it's icarus dive at level 1.

And plant wards. The possibilities are endless!
