when i tried to do some weight lifting with my (weak as fuck) arms, i did it for a while until i was a bit exhausted (not pushing the limit, just breaking a sweat) but for next 7 days i couldn't stretch my arms because the place where elbow is hurted so much and i was unable to do any exercises for whole week
and i guess that i won't get anywhere by lifting something for less than a hour once a week
