I think that Refresher Orb has come a sort of outcast item because of one fundamental flaw in its function
It completely conflicts with itself, and yet doesn't seem to conflict with itself in the right way
You spend mana to reset cooldowns for which you need mana to cast....
At this point I would say change it to a life cost for cooldown reset
But then it would seem to be too much like soul ring
But if it was both half and half a life and mana cost for the reset, then you realize how much this would have made sense all along in regard to the items overall aim
2x ring of perseverence (part of recipe)
Mana AND Life Regen
Let's make refresher orb more relevant since we need mana for our item abilities as well

or maybe it's just my biased view as someone who's too lazy to draw that request that someone gave me like 3 weeks ago while i'm certain that i'd have to redraw it 30 times to be somehow satisfied with it thanks to my nonexistant practice
