by non calibrated, you mean currently able to queue for rank (played a few calibration games alr) or not able to rank yet?
either way the method i use is to jus rikit afk, idk if its the fastest or whatever. i know that however if u throw games in calibration games the mmr gets lowered by 150-200 per game so its not super fast
idk if it works or no but u can try queueing for modes like least played and doing the same thing, because this time maybe the game has higher expectations of you to carry (low population, you getting put in normal bracket game with shitstains but you end up playing badly still)
