Harass. Not much different from staying mid against pudge, or brew, or even storm spirit - though ember is just melee, thanks god.
Since you get your ult at half the time he does take advantage of this and kill him at lvl 4-5 before he has ult. Harass and last hit with poof.
What do you mean?
You crush Ember mid. The only time Ember starts to even do a thing to you is when he gets first battlefury. He can't manfight nor can he harass you because poof clears flame guard too quickly.
Be aggresive. Pop up flame guard and go on him asap. When he gets second clone, start being more careful before you get 6, then always have defensive remnant up.
You must feed off of ember and get agh blink sheep ASAP, then rosh and push before he gets big
