in my last game, was a bit hard

I just play cool and go like, guys, we don't have to respect each other, let's just win this shit for our own sake, we can do it.

Surprisingly, works very often in EU East normal.

I just flame and hope they off themselves so I can just find a monkey to control their characters to increase my chance of winning

honestly if im mid or safelane and my pick is good it doesent even matter how hard my team flames. i will mute all, listen to music and carry them.

Mute anyone talking and play your own game. It's pub.
If it's a party game, I will just say "shut up, i cannot concentrate" and most of the time they would stop.

Pretend to be impressed at something good that a teamate does -- try not to sound sarcastic. Like "holy crap lina that was a really good 2-man stun." I realize this method sounds stupid, but people like to hear that they made some pro play (even if they didn't).
