It works, but mostly isn't worth it. Actually, as far as blademail is concerned, you likely benefit more from the reduced cooldown than you do from that lifesteal...
OC even works with cleave/glaives.

How does octarine core interact with blademail? blademail always does the damage first, do you lifesteal from it or no?
