Then I guess you didn't know that there are games you can't win.
You can do nothing to fix these people mass-feeding in the game. If you beg them to leave, chances are they like it and will stay to feed more. If you flame and insult them to your best, they will mute you and carry on feeding or alt-tab (and you might even get reported then chat-banned).
BUT, the earlier you realize these cancerous people and make the decision to ignore their presence, the better chance you have to win. I'm not only talking about to never help them when they looked like committing into a fight but a losing one. You will have to convince your team that this piece of shit is not going to get fixed, and 4 of you must move on as if it is a 4v6.
And to OP, instead of stating how difficult it is to play with less manpower, try to think more of workarounds in the specific game of people disconnecting. If you get games that can't be won, be mentally prepared for it and decide whether to commit for comebacks, or not. Move on when you are out of that game and don't think about it anymore.

there are some moments, like when my ogre magi with 10 armor decides not to trade hitz with puck/set up a kill/stack/gank mid but to non-stop pull the small camp even when lane is pushed into my tower, I basically have a mental snap, yea, mental snap seems the way to call it, my mind just says smth like fuck it, and my body relaxes and start clicking enemy mid tower over and over again
its been a bad day for a lot of us I'm sick of players screaming GG when shit goes down then standing in the fountain saying " LET them win" at the 10 min mark lol
