I am kinda here and so not use to such kind of forum (after going through some hot topics ,ha-ha)
Should I play solo mmr ranked match or wait some more time ?
I have played almost 500 matches and having 1k hour of gaming experience and mostly play hard carry or support .
Support I am playing from starting and hard carry I am learning with pa now a days
PS : I have not played any single match of solo ranked but played 3-4 party ranked

Waiting doesn't increase your chances of getting a different ranked. You ranked and normal MMR are separate rating pools.

play every hero atleast once untill you get a win with them or untill you have a good understanding of the heros limitations.

Pick a playstyle you enjoy, weather Vision is important to you, Burst damage, Escapes, initation, disables pick one and play that kind of hero till you learn how they function..

Eg. Nightstalker, Veno, Beastmaster, Zues - All very good at controling vision.

eg. Bane, cm, shadow shaman etc - good at disabling people

once you have great understanding of these boundaries,
don't limit yourself to only playing 1 hero, look at the match and think 'oh they have a nightstalker, so vision is important here, ill pick veno'
'oh they have a queen of pain, so disables are important here - ill pick bane'

you'll find yourself in alot better spot than just picking cm and the other team picking nyx or someshit and eating you alive

etc. etc.

Learning new heroes to increase your hero pools isn't a bad thing...how about learning to counterpick...? Especially if you played supports...
