Not posssible cuz oracle dmg first then heal and the amount of recovery heal count not the base heal itself
i assume it means hero healing in general. on other heroes it's not even possible to get nearly as much hero healing compared to oracle anyway.
it was possible with oracle because his flames have a very low cooldown and it also damaged the person meaning the heal always worked, while other healing spells require the person to be damaged, healing someone at full health doesn't count towards anything.
