All cyborgmatt used to do was go through game files and then post the updates on his blog (same thing SirBelvedere does now except on reddit). From this he got known in the community and then transferred to being team secret's manager. Has no previous management experience - he's a just an IT guy. Little wonder he has no idea what to do. Honestly if I acted like this in my job "oh sorry boss I'll get that work which was due a year ago done soon, just after my holidays are done" I would have been fired a year ago.
Yeah, but 1 year and even more? That's a lot of time to think about giving money to players/members of secret.
yea its not really as if its like a day-to-day work task either like "oh hey boss, sorry dude i forgot to put together that sales report for you, dont worry m8 ill get it done before the end of the year"
it's more like "yo i cant pay out the thousands of dollores that i owe you, this is gonna affect your personal life and you may not be able to pay your rent/living expenses but i dont really care, no rush.."

really doesn't sound that hard to setup an account and get the money transfered to the appropriate parties... can't they just fire the guy and use someone else?
Hey Cyborgmatt, i'm considering playing Alchemist, but i need help with the skill build. Do i max Acid Spray (like you threw acid over the dota scene), Unstable Concoction (like your concoction of lies), or Greevil's Greed (like you took all of secret's money)?.
That was kinda sad to read.. They should fire his lazy ass, clearly he is incompetent asshole!
so where is the money? Is it in a matt's account somewhere or are the leagues still holding it in their accounts?
