<3.2k - normal
3.2-3.7 - high
>3.7 - very high
win matches and raise ur mmr if u want to improve skill bracket of your matches

I looked through a few of your matches. (Poor) item choices, picks and farming skills clearly shows that this is somewhere in 2k.

You have to keep playing, and more importantly watch guides from better players. Brendota and Purge are good resources on youtube. The linked spreadsheet contains lots of useful reddit posts on how to improve.
